What might become possible if you loosened your grip?

This practice offers space to notice an old story, feeling or pattern you may still be carrying—and to explore what letting go could mean in your body today.

Letting Go: A 7-Day Embodied Journey

Loosen old stories. Meet what you feel. Practise what comes next.

Some stories remain present not because we have failed to move on, but because our bodies have learned familiar ways of protecting, responding and holding.

Across seven days, we’ll explore these patterns through guided body awareness, breath, movement, meditation and reflection.

The intention is not to force yourself to forget the past. It is to notice what is still shaping the present—and practise meeting yourself with more space, choice and possibility.
