What we'll move through

This is an intimate evening to meet the self-doubt that has been shaping your choices, voice or ability to trust yourself — not by trying to push it away, but by gently listening to what it holds in the body.

Through breath, movement, writing, music, cards and ritual, we will explore how self-doubt lives within us and create space to release what no longer needs to be carried. Together, we will soften the nervous system, reconnect to inner safety and transform self-doubt into deeper self-belief.

The evening flow

6:00–6:15 PM

Arrival & settling in

Tea, candles, music and time to land in the space.

6:15–6:35 PM

Opening circle

A gentle grounding practice, intention-setting and an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

6:35–7:10 PM

Somatic experience

Breath, movement and body-based practices to explore where self-doubt is held and how it affects the way we feel, speak and move through life.

7:10–7:30 PM

Writing & release ritual

A guided reflection to name what you are ready to let go of, honour the path that brought you here, and open space for a new inner belief.

7:30–7:50 PM

Cards, sharing & witnessing

A warm, optional sharing circle to be heard, witnessed and strengthened by other women.

7:50–8:00 PM

Closing ritual

A moment to integrate, connect to spirit and leave with a clearer, softer sense of yourself.
